Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original CLUSE box and secure them within a sturdy shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at the designated carrier location and keep your receipt until your refund is processed within 14 days.
